Your ladies weekend escape starts Friday evening with a wine and cheese social followed by a host of activities to get you back to feeling ready to take on the world by Sunday morning.  Rest assured you will be taken care of with sumptuous healthy meals, a massage session, rise and shine yoga, a drumming and movement session and self reflection sessions to reconnect with your amazing inner self.
